Drop a dress size in 6 weeks

The drop a dress size is now available to purchase as a plan on the App/website. It starts this Monday at 7pm. There is no need to book the class on the Monday as it is every Monday for 6 sessions. It is none transferable and non refundable. If you can't make a session, fear not! You will be given a weekly plan and you will be able to catch up in your own time. It involves all the perks of personal training plus extra. There will be task, challenges and setting Personal bests. There will also be rewards for moving it and losing it 💪
