Merry Christmas

Good morning everyone, I have now finished for Christmas and I will return on January 3rd.

For those of you doing the online coaching that will carry on throughout. If you would like to keep up with your fitness and be sure not to miss a workout, than you can join the online coaching for 2 week's at just £10. You will receive a variety of workouts tailored to suit each of you individually. It is easy to follow workout that you just press play and it will take you through step by step, it even has the timer included. You will get reminders to do your workouts and when complete it will notify me. Simple to do at home on demand at a time that suits you.

Also for those doing the Thursday group training it will start on Thursday 4th January at 7pm, please transfer £30 to Mrs H Brookes 404764 04412516, this will need paying as soon as possible so I can confirm we have the numbers to go ahead. We need at least 6 people.
